RFG may collect customer name, mobile number, address, guarantor details, product details, purchase terms, EMI records, payment proofs and support communication needed for store purchase service.

Information is used for purchase application verification, account creation, EMI reminders, payment confirmation, refund review, support requests, fraud prevention and account correction.

Payment data

Online payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay. RFG does not store card, UPI, netbanking or wallet credentials. Payment transaction references may be stored for support and accounting.

Sharing and protection

RFG may share limited information with payment gateways, banks, vendors, showrooms, service providers or authorities only when required for purchase service, payment verification, compliance or customer support. RFG takes reasonable steps to protect customer information from unauthorized access.

Customer requests

Customers can contact RFG support for corrections to name, mobile number, address, product details, purchase terms or payment status. Sensitive changes may require offline verification.
