Working hours

RFG support is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Sundays and applicable holidays.

WhatsApp and response time

WhatsApp messages may be sent anytime. RFG will try to respond within 24 hours during working days.

Verification

For sensitive requests such as MPIN reset, mobile number change, purchase account correction, refund, cancellation or payment dispute, RFG may require offline or additional identity verification.
